Registration
Registrations are open until 31 May 2024. Register HERE.
Registration fee
All participants of the PhD workshop have to be member of the EAAE except for presenting authors whose EAAE membership fees are waived. For those not yet members, the EAAE membership fee is 150 Euro for the period 2024 – 2026 to be paid in advance of registration to the EAAE via the website of the EAAE.
Participation fee for the workshop:

| Early bird (before 30 April 2024) | 100 euro | 125 euro |
| Late riser (during May 2024) | 150 euro | 175 euro |
The fee includes one lunch, one dinner and all coffee breaks.

31 January 2024: Submission deadline for all contributions
15 March 2024: Notifications of acceptance & registration opens
30 April 2024: Early bird registration deadline
15 May 2024: Deadline for revised paper submissions
31 May 2024: Final registration deadline
